Portablebit Unipessoal, Lda. provides AI advisory, consulting, mentoring, and training services for businesses. Available plans and their details can be found on the Services page. The in-person Practical AI Workshop is provided separately by Miguel Cabrita as a self-employed professional.

Unless a price is expressly shown as a final amount, prices for Portablebit services exclude VAT, which will be applied where applicable. Subscription plans are billed monthly and processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period of a billing cycle.

One-time consultations are individually booked. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this period may result in the consultation being charged in full.

The Practical AI Workshop is a full-day, in-person practical workshop contracted with and delivered by Miguel Cabrita, a self-employed professional, through miguel@miguelcabrita.com. Portablebit Unipessoal, Lda. is neither the provider nor the invoice issuer for these editions. Dates, conditions, and the final price are published on the workshop page.

Registration and payment

• Each registration is for one participant and the professional context entered in the form.
• Payment is made in advance through the payment link for the selected edition or by bank transfer to the professional account provided.
• A seat is confirmed after successful payment. After payment, the participant must complete the registration form with professional and billing details.
• Each edition runs with a minimum of four (4) and a maximum of six (6) participants. When capacity is reached, payment is no longer available for that date.
• Miguel Cabrita issues the invoice after payment is confirmed, using the billing details supplied in the form.
• The workshop fee does not include lunch, third-party AI tool subscriptions, follow-up support, or custom development after the event.

Cancellations, transfers, and edition changes

• You may cancel up to seven (7) calendar days before the workshop date and receive a full refund.
• After that deadline, no refund is due, but you may transfer your seat once to another eligible participant or to a future edition offered by us.
• Each registration may be transferred only once.
• Each edition requires a minimum of four (4) participants to run. If this minimum is not met by the confirmation deadline, the edition will be rescheduled to a later date. You will be notified in advance and may attend on the new date, transfer to another edition we offer, or request a full refund.
• Cancellation and transfer requests must be sent to miguel@miguelcabrita.com and are effective once confirmed by us in writing.

AI implementation projects are individually quoted based on scope and requirements. Each project is governed by a separate written proposal and/or contract agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

The AI chatbot available on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Responses are AI-generated and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Do not share sensitive or personal data through the chatbot. Messages may be processed by third-party AI technology providers.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law.

For dispute resolution, consumers may contact the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo da Região de Coimbra (CACRC) at www.cacrc.pt.

The competent court for any disputes is the Tribunal de Coimbra.

EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
