Practical AI Workshop

Identify where AI can create the most value in your business, build a personalised plan, and start implementing useful solutions with one-to-one support.

  • In person
  • 09:30–17:30
  • 4 to 6 participants

A day dedicated to your business

This workshop is for owners, managers, and professionals who want to move from ideas to practical application.

Throughout the day you will analyse your company's main bottlenecks, map processes and tools, choose the initiatives with the greatest potential, and start implementing them with individual support.

Each participant works on their own business. The goal is not a one-size-fits-all exercise, but building systems you can use after the workshop.

What you will do

  • Diagnose bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and opportunities.
  • Identify important processes, software, and data sources.
  • Prioritise initiatives by impact, effort, and feasibility.
  • Receive independent tool recommendations.
  • Create a personalised plan to keep applying AI.
  • Implement assistants, automations, and other systems suited to your case.
  • Get questions answered and blockers resolved with individual support.

What you might build

Outcomes vary by company, process complexity, and each participant's pace. During the workshop you might, for example:

  • build custom assistants for specific tasks;
  • prepare systems for email, proposals, content, or customer support;
  • organise internal knowledge and documentation;
  • standardise processes and create work instructions;
  • set up simple automations and scheduled tasks;
  • connect software through integrations;
  • prototype chatbots and other digital workflows.

A specific number of implementations is not guaranteed. Miguel supports each participant in choosing and executing initiatives with the best value-to-effort ratio.
