2.2 Service Subscriptions

2.3 Practical AI Workshop
The registration form collects participant details, professional information, objectives and business context, selected edition, complete billing details, intended use of Coverflex or another company benefit, consent records, proof of payment uploaded and processed through Google Forms, and registration and payment status. We use this data to match the registration to the payment, manage capacity, prepare the workshop, and issue tax documents.
2.4 AI Chatbot
Messages sent to the AI chatbot are processed by a third-party AI provider. Do not share sensitive or personal data through the chatbot.
2.5 Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website. Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor. Full measurement only loads after you grant consent via our cookie banner; if you decline, we send cookieless Consent Mode pings only. Where analytics is enabled, we may collect pages visited, events (such as plan clicks, form submissions, and chatbot opens), browser and device information, and approximate geographic location.
